For my first blog post I wanted to go into a bit of detail about what I want to use this blog for and what kind of posts you can expect from me in the future.
Who am I?
I’ll start by introducing myself again. Hi I’m Beth, and I’m a Nutrition and Behaviour Masters student at Bournemouth University. As I’m still a student, any posts on this blog are not from a qualified nutritionist as of yet so if you feel like you need real nutrition guidance please consult a professional.
Why did I start this blog?
I started this blog to inform anyone that wants to listen and this is also just a chance for me to build up on what I learn from my course, webinars and any other materials I may come across during my nutrition journey.
What can you expect from my blog?
- Recipes or food recommendations
- Information of health benefits of certain foods
- Negative aspects of some foods
- Sustainability and food
- Behavioural aspects of eating
- Raising awareness of eating disorders or other issues related to mental health and nutrition.
Have you got any areas you want to know about?
Although I have ideas of what I want to talk about, I am always open to finding out more about topics that are new to me, so if anyone wants me to write blog posts about specific topics please comment them in the comments section below this post.
What will my next post be about?
I’ll be back soon with more blog posts and maybe we can survive lockdown 2.0 together. My next post will be about vitamin D and it’s potential benefits.
